WCWL - Primary Care Panel

Overseeing the process of selecting, adapting, and refining WCWL tools to assist referrals to specialists is the WCWL Primary Care Panel. The panel consists of academic and community based family physicians and nurse practitioners working in a primary care environment in the four western provinces. Dr. Stewart McMillan and Dr. Tom Noseworthy serve as Co-Chairs of this panel. Members of the panel were nominated by the WCWL Partners.

An additional nurse practitioner will be appointed. For those clinical referrals selected for review, members of the original WCWL multidisciplinary clinical panels will confer with the primary care group to provide the specialist's point of view.
